A Keighley charity shop has so much furniture in store it is looking to give away items, rather than sell them.
The Fresh Waters Christian Charity Shop in Bridge Street is storing large pieces of household furniture it has been given from several recent house clearances.
Shop volunteer Glenis Kounnas said: “This is surplus furniture which we’d be happy to give away, though people would still be welcome to give a small donation if they want.
“It would be ideal for anybody setting up home or is just in need. For us space is at a premium and at the moment we’re having to say no to other goods we’d like to take.”
