Visitors to Saltaire will be able to tale a peek into the past during a special weekend.
Baptismal registers will be open to the public at the United Reformed Church, along with displays of the church’s 155-year history.
It’s all part of the Saltaire World Heritage Weekender celebrations on Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27.
Other activities across the two-day event include a visit from alpacas – the animals which provided the wool which made Saltaire prosperous, a horse boat harnessing demonstration, the displaying of a 1953 Jowett Bradford van, walks, dance workshops and the only display in 2014 of Saltaire Archive.
