A semi-detached house in Baildon could become a physiotherapy studio if plans submitted to Bradford Council are approved.
Physiotherapist Ben Pollard has applied for a change of use at 3 The Grove so he can move his business, currently based on Westgate.
He says: “Not only will the new premises provide long lasting stability, retaining employment in the area, but it will also provide a valuable asset for his business in the long term.
“Although the conversion relates to the loss of a dwelling to form a business premises, the building could very easily be reverted back to a dwelling in future years if required.”
The business would open from 8.30am to 7.30pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
