A group of children displayed their skills when they gave a kickboxing demonstration in Bradford.
The 18 youngsters – aged between five and 12 – sparred in front of their parents as part of an event at Junior Jam in Towngate, Wyke.
It was the culmination of a year of lessons from instructors at Junior Jam, including kickboxing world champion Dale White.
Curtis Alphonse, one of the managers at Junior Jam, said: “It was for the children so they could show off what they have learned, and to build a bit of confidence and celebrate what they have done in a short space of time.”
Mr Alphonse said 65 spectators turned up to watch the session, and said Junior Jam’s kickboxing classes have been very successful.
