The west entrance of Airedale General Hospital will be closed for four days.
This closure, from next Monday until Thursday, is necessary to replace the current flagged flooring with a safer tarmacadam surface.
Airedale NHS Foundation Trust said the work was part of its continuing efforts to create a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
Access to the hospital for this period will be via the day hospital, left of the west entrance, the main entrance and through outpatients.
Disabled parking will also be moved to the front of the day hospital. During this time, the parking spaces in the small car park in front of the west entrance will be limited to allow for a safe working area for the contractor.
Ongoing work is taking place across the site to replace the flagged areas outside all major entrances to the hospital.
