A 41-year-old man was taken to hospital with face injuries after a disturbance at a Keighley bar and nightclub.

Police are investigating the outbreak of trouble at Last Orders and Berlins, which are next to each other in North Street.

Police said officers were called to the scene at 3.04am on Sunday. The spokesman added: “A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and committing criminal damage.

“He has been released on bail pending further inquiries.”

Damage to Last Orders and Berlins was clearly visible later that morning.

Both premises were cordoned off with police tape and shattered glass from two sets of door panels lay scattered on the pavement.

The manager of Last Orders, who did not want to be named, said a doorman had sustained cuts and bruises, but said she could not comment in detail on what had happened.
