Bradford South MP Gerry Sutcliffe has been hailed a champion by the beer industry.
He has received a special champion’s award from the British Beer & Pub Association, the Campaign for Real Ale and the Society of Independent Brewers for helping to secure the historic cut in beer duty in last year’s budget.
Mr Sutcliffe visited the Salamander Brewing Company, which is based in Dudley Hill, this weekend to celebrate getting his Parlimentary Beer award.
