Thirty jobs have been created by B&M Retail which opened a larger store in Keighley yesterday.
Staff numbers have increased from 17 to 47, with more jobs in the pipeline.
“The new store is three times bigger than our old premises with a wider selection of products and new lines,” said manager Fiona McGrain.
“Refitting began about two weeks ago and we are delighted with the result. It’s a very exciting time for us.”
B&M has moved from its former unit on the Cavendish Retail Park, in Cavendish Street, to the neighbouring 21,000 sq ft building previously occupied by Sports Direct.
New lines now on offer include alcohol.
