Police have released this e-fit image of a burglary suspect who fled from a Bradford house.

A woman returned to her home in Lingwood Avenue, Girlington, and was confronted by a man who brushed past her before running off.

She later discovered jewellery and a watch had been taken stolen.

The suspect is described as white, in his 20s and about 5ft 9 ins tall.

He is of slim build with a long, clean-shaven, pale face, and was wearing a black hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms and a white baseball cap.

Detective Inspector Ben McDonald, of Bradford District CID, said: “This incident took place in a very busy residential area, so it is likely that someone will have seen this man as he fled from the scene.”

Anyone with any information about the burglary which occurred at about 7.55pm on Friday, March 28, should contact Detective Constable Jodie Scatchard on 101, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
