A former Bradford pub is set to go under the hammer at auction in Leeds.
The Girlington pub building, opposite Morrisons in Thornton Road, closed more than a decade ago.
The 560sq metre, three-storey property, which has a guide price of £165,000 plus, has expired planning consent for change of use to convert the ground floor to a cafe, plus function room and four flats on the upper floors.
Tony Webber, Eddisons director and auctioneer, said: “The building has been listed as high as £295,000 previously, so we’re hoping that the new guide price will prove attractive to potential buyers.”
The auction is at Leeds United’s Elland Road stadium on April 10 from 12.30pm.
