Pudsey MP Stuart Andrew is hosting a meeting at Rawdon Library on Friday from 6pm to 7pm to discuss how people in the area can commemorate the centenary of the start of the First World War.
Mr Andrew said: “Along with many local residents, I agree that it is important to remember the events of 100 years ago and commemorate all those who lost their lives.
“World War One was a huge turning point in history and it is important that we as a community get together and decide how to pay a fitting tribute on the occasion of its centenary.
"Therefore, I would like to invite as many people from Guiseley, Yeadon and Rawdon to join me at Rawdon Library on Friday.”
