Police are appealing for people who may have vital information about a crash to contact them.
Officers investigating an accident where a car hit a wall and roadworks said passengers of a white Audi A3 may be able to help their probe.
Shortly before 8pm on Wednesday, March 12, a silver or grey Vauxhall Vectra refused to stop for a police patrol car on Keighley Road. It then collided with a wall before continuing onto the A629 towards Cononley Lane Ends where it was involved in a second collision at some roadworks.
A police spokesman said: “If you were in the area at the time and were driving or were a passenger in a white Audi A3, please call North Yorkshire Police as soon as possible.”
