Bingley Grammar School student Joseph Varney has so far raised £57.76 in sponsorship for Sport Relief after cycling along the Leeds Liverpool Canal towpath.
Joseph took up the challenge with a group of friends from his street to cycle from Bingley’s Five Rise locks to Leeds and back.
The group arrived at Leeds City centre in 90 minutes, but the journey home was more difficult as the wind was against them and took two-and-a-half hours.
