Youngsters from the Yorkshire branch of faith group Sant Nirankari Mission teamed up with the Forest of Bradford to plant trees in their local neighbourhood.
Forest of Bradford project manager Ian Butterfield and his colleagues joined the Mission’s volunteers to plant more than 25 trees.
As part of Bradford Council’s ‘street clean’ week, the Mission’s volunteers aged from four to 70 also held a litter pick and street cleaning event in the BD3 postcode area of the city.
