Police have seized three dogs suspected of being illegal breeds in a raid at a Bradford house.
Officers in the Bowling Barkerend and Bradford Moor Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a warrant at the property in Wingfield Street, Barkerend, shortly after 7pm on Thursday.
Inspector Andy Gallant said: “We seized three dogs and inquiries are ongoing to establish if the animals are from an illegal breed.”
It is illegal to own certain breeds of dogs under legislation brought in by the Dangerous Dogs Act.
