Jennie O’Hara, the Sustrans project officer in Bradford , said: “We are running the Challenge to encourage people to get their bikes out after the winter and remind them of the joy of cycling.”

To be a cyclist you need three things a cyclist a bike and roads the third we have not got throughout the country they are in a third world condition so when a public figure talks about infrastructure and how good they are take it with a pinch of salt.
