Plans for an MOT centre in Allerton have been refused by Bradford Council because the applicant has not provided proof that they own all of the site.
A Mr Hussain applied for change of use for a site on York Street from a workshop to an MOT centre and car repair workshop.
But on his application a map of the site includes land owned by a third party, a company called Tri Print.
A council planning officer said: “No notice has been served on them (Tri Print) and no evidence has been submitted to show the applicant owns all the site.”
They say the application cannot be considered and it was refused on Tuesday.
