Police have outlined the action they have taken to reduce house burglaries in the Allerton area of Bradford.
The have responded to concerns by increasing the number of hours that officers spend patrolling the area and using officers in plain clothes to conduct discreet patrols and target repeat locations.
Officers have also completed crime reduction visits to vulnerable properties and where possible installed crime reduction equipment funded by proceeds of crime.
Police have also targeted and disrupted known offenders who have committed offences in the village previously.
