A car has ended up on its side after it was in a collision with a lorry in Bradford today.

It happened on the city-bound side of Wakefield Road, at the junction with Lister Avenue, near the Gallopers pub, at about 3.55pm.

One person has been taken to hospital for treatment for minor injuries, a Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokesman said.

Traffic coming from the direction of Dudley Hill roundabout is queuing because one lane of the road is blocked.

Bus services 617, 618, 620, 633 and 634 have been delayed due to the congestion.
