A man who threatened to burn down his former partner’s property has been sentenced to a community order.
Paul Kirby, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted threatening to damage or destroy property, in Danecourt Road, Holme Wood, Bradford, on February 15.
He was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court by District Judge Susan Bouch yesterday to a 12-month community order, with supervision and a six-month alcohol treatment requirement.
