Bingley Music Live is offering festival-goers the chance to spread the cost of this year’s event.

Bradford Council is offering music fans the chance to spread the ticket price of £49 plus booking fee over five months and receive a free festival lanyard and laminate, worth £5, listing all the acts and stage times of this August’s festival.

People need to sign up for the offer by the end of March at BingleyMusicLive.com.

The three-day festival, at Bingley’s Myrtle Park, is on August 29, 30 and 31. The first of this year’s acts are to be announced later this month.

Previous big names have included Nile Rodgers and Chic, Primal Scream, Jake Bugg, Calvin Harris, Nero, Editors, Cribs, DJ Fresh, Doves and Calvin Harris.

Councillor Andrew Thornton, Bradford Council's executive member responsible for leisure, said: "We want to make sure that Bingley Music Live stays affordable so this is a fantastic offer for festival-goers.”
