Bradford Area Planning Panel gave outline permission for a plan to build four shops and two flats on a city-centre car park in Brayshaw Yard, Infirmary Street, Bradford.
In total, 14 of the 20 car parking spaces would remain, the panel was told. Details like building materials will be decided at a later date.
