First published in News

People in Bradford are being urged to say ‘eye love you’ and give their used glasses and sunglasses to benefit people in Kenya.

Charity Africa Connection will hand out the glasses.

In November 2012, optometrist Luke Baker, director of City Eyewear in Ivegate, Bradford, took out more than 1,000 pairs of glasses and hopes people will again support the appeal. He said: “I can guarantee the donations make a massive difference.”

Glasses can be dropped off at the opticians, or wrapped and posted to City Eyewear, 24 Ivegate, Bradford, BD1 1SW.
