Anyone seeking to become more involved in how Airedale General Hospital is run by becoming one of its governors is invited to one of two events to find out what it involves.
The first Everything You Need to Know event is on Thursday, February 13, between 1pm and 2.30pm, in room two of the Education Centre and is repeated on Thursday, February 27, between 5.30pm and 7pm in the seminar room.
The events will include information on the role of governor, standing for a seat on the Council of Governors, the election process and give an opportunity to ask questions and meet staff including some of the current governors.
This year there are six seats available in the March 2014 elections.
