West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner Mark Burns-Williamson will hold a public surgery in Shipley on February 14 giving an opportunity for people to discuss policing and crime issues with the man who oversees policing across the county.

Mr Burns-Williamson said: “I was elected to represent the views of the public and ensure that West Yorkshire Police are delivering an effective service to the people of the county.

“I hold regular surgeries as I believe it’s vital to hear from and understand the needs and concerns of local people. “If you have any concerns or problems regarding policing and crime matters, please come and speak to me. I want to hear your views.”

The surgery will take place between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

Anyone who wants to speak to the commissioner is asked to book in advance to ensure they are allocated a 15-minute appointment.

To request an appointment, telephone the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner on (01924) 294000 or e-mail contact@westyorkshire-pcc.gov.uk.
