Plans for 15 homes is submitted
Outline plans to build 15 homes on a field have been submitted.
Farmer John Teal is seeking permission to build a mix of 15 two-storey terraced and detached houses on the field at Meadow Lane, Cononley.
The proposed development would be accessed by a newly-adoptable cul-de-sac with a private driveway.
Coun Lois Brown, chairman of Cononley Parish Council, said the plans needed “careful consideration” as two barns and a stable at the former Pear Tree Farm had been sold off to a builder to be converted into three homes.
