An 11-year-old girl has been injured in an accident with a car in Bradford today.

Police were called to the incident in Bolton Road, near the junction with Undercliffe Road, at 8.14am.

The girl was taken to hospital by ambulance. Police said she had suffered minor leg and back injuries.

The car involved was a blue Fiat Punto. The road has now been re-opened.
