A woman ambulance worker is to stand trial at Bradford Crown Court accused of sexually assaulting a male colleague.
Frances Glover, 32, is alleged to have rubbed herself up against the fellow worker in the back of an ambulance.
Glover appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court last month when she pleaded not guilty.
Yesterday she made her first appearance at the Crown Court when her three-day trial was fixed to begin on July 14.
Judge Jonathan Rose told Glover she must come back to court on March 24 for a case management hearing.
She is accused of intentionally touching a colleague sexually when he did not consent and she did not reasonably believe that he was consenting, at various locations in West Yorkshire, between January 21 and 23, 2012, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Glover, of Green Road, Sheffield, is alleged to have rubbed herself up against the man’s back and repeated that behaviour the same night and afterwards.
She elected to be tried at the Crown Court by a judge and jury.
Judge Rose extended Glover’s bail until the next hearing.
