Passengers face delays due to train failure
Passengers on the Airedale line experienced delays of up to an hour yesterday afternoon after a train broke down between Shipley and Keighley.
The offending train was moved by 3pm, but knock-on delays continued until after 4.30pm.
One frustrated passenger contacted the Telegraph & Argus to say: “The train I was on was delayed and was supposed to depart from Crossflatts at 2:28pm, but instead departed at 3:10pm.”
