More than 400 pieces of art crafted by pupils and students from across Bradford lit up an exhibition.

The walls of Bradford Council’s children’s services building at Future House were adorned with the work of youngsters from 38 educational establishments.

More than 400 parents and pupils went along to admire the Winter Art Exhibition.

The artwork of pupils has been displayed at the building for the last seven years.

Organiser Tony Bullock said: “There is work from primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and special schools.

“It is nice because a cross-section of people have come to have a look around.”

Kath Tunstall, strategic director of children’s services, said: “The standard and quality of the work which our talented young people produce is fantastic.

“So many people benefit from the works of art which are displayed all over the building.”
