A multi-vehicle crash is causing traffic delays on the M606 in Bradford this evening.

Police were called to a collision involving at least two cars on the southbound carriageway of the motorway, near the Euroway industrial estate, at 4.52pm.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said no one has been injured and the Highways Agency is arranging recovery of the vehicles.

Traffic is slow in the area and matrix signs have been set to 50mph.

Maybe an opportunity to say that the widespread ignorant driving and speeding round Bradford causes many crashes and they are often not accidental acts of God. It disturbs me that there is not more public comment allowed on such a serious problem and that it is simply turned into an insurance transaction.

I admit to not knowing any facts behind this particular case.
