Fundraisers have made more than £850 from two store collections at Sainsbury’s in Greengates in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre in Leeds Road, Rawdon.

The centre needs new premises after a fire in September caused lots of damage. Sainsbury’s community grant has also given £250 to help.

The centre’s manager Joanne Goodwin and her two sons, Joshua 19 and Daniel, 14 are climbing Kilimanjaro next July to raise funds, too.

Anyone with help or advice for the centre should contact Trevor Gledhill on 07912184845 or 0113 2504528.
