The driver of a quadbike who crossed double white lines to overtake a car on the A65 was reported to police by the driver of the car, Skipton magistrates heard yesterday.
Janos Gabor Chlebik, 30, an ice cream salesman, was seen by the car driver at Long Preston on September 3.
Chlebik, of Aldersley Avenue, Skipton, was fined £60 and his licence endorsed with three penalty points.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and victims surcharge of £20.
