Volunteers wanted for hospice collection
Marie Curie Cancer Care will hold a Christmas collection across Bradford to raise cash for the charity.
Staff at its Bradford hospice are appealing for volunteers to collect donations so patients can spend the festive period with their loved ones.
Lucy Burnett, community fundraiser for Marie Curie Cancer Care, said: “Christmas can be a very difficult time for some families especially when a loved one is terminally ill.
“We’ll be at supermarkets and stores from November until the end of January and hope everyone will come and make a donation.”
