Aireborough Gilbert and Sullivan Society coffee morning for Wesley
10:00am Monday 7th October 2013 in News
Aireborough Gilbert and Sullivan Society will hold a coffee morning to help a little boy to walk.
The group is raising money for the charity Wesley’s Wish and for research into Cerebral Palsy. The charity was set up to help Wesley Knight, of Guiseley, who was born prematurely at 31 weeks, two years ago. The youngster suffered damage to part of his brain shortly after birth and is unable to sit, crawl, stand or walk. The coffee morning will take place from 10am to noon on Saturday, October 12 at Yeadon Methodist Church Hall. Homemade cakes will be on sale. Visit www.wesleyswish.org for information about Wesley and what his parents hope to achieve.
