Saltaire Brewery has won another three awards to add to its list of accolades.
The company took the prizes at the SIBA North East awards at the York Beer and Cider Festival.
Hard on the heels of its championship medal at the CAMRA Great British Beer Festival in August, Saltaire’s Triple Chocoholic Stout won the Champion Bottled Beer competition. It will now go through to the SIBA National competition in 2014.
Saltaire Cascade Pale Ale was awarded silver in the Premium Bitters category. It has won this competition twice before and was a national champion Premium Bitter in 2010.
Saltaire Amarillo Gold won silver in the Best Bitters category.
Managing director Tony Gartland said: “Receiving industry accolades such as these is a great honour especially when you see the strong competition that we were up against.
“I am proud that we have great beers that consistently achieve the highest accolades. It is a tribute to our brewing team whose quality approach guarantees consistently excellent beers at all times.”
