A torched car was so engulfed in flames today that it set a second vehicle on fire as well.
A Nissan Micra was set alight at the rear of Badsworth Court flats, in Hunters Park Avenue, Clayton in the early hours.
The flames spread to a nearby Ford Ka, and also damaged two uPVC windows in the Badsworth Court building.
Firefighters from Fairweather Green fire station were called out at around 3.20am to put out the blaze.
The suspected arson has been reported to police.
