Haworth mill is re-opened after blaze
1:00pm Wednesday 4th September 2013 in News
Haworth businesses which bounced back from a disastrous blaze have celebrated being open for business again.
Dozens of people enjoyed the re-launch event at Damside Mill, off Lees Lane. Much of the property’s interior was badly damaged by a fire last December.
The converted mill is used by furniture maker Anthony Hartley, who lives in Oxenhope, upholstery and furnishings expert Pauline Keenoy and sculptor Sam Shendi.
The property’s business manager, Nel Hargrave, said she and her colleagues were delighted with the public response to the re-launch.
