Shipley mechanic stole TV from home
7:40am Saturday 17th August 2013 in News
A 31-year-old mechanic who burgled a TV set from his former partner’s home has been sentenced to eight months imprisonment, suspended for two years, with 100 hours of unpaid work.
Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday that he had recently moved out of the address at the time after the relationship ended.
He was linked to the break-in by DNA evidence after his blood was found at the property.
Tate’s solicitor advocate, Nigel Jamieson, said he was a hard-working man who was now determined to keep out of trouble.
