Children have been having muddy summer fun at woodland in Shipley.
The Saplings outdoor nature playgroup gives youngsters the opportunity to get back to nature at Northcliffe Woods. The sessions are organised by Sponge Tree, which was founded by Nicola Murray and Paula Taylor in 2010 to provide sensory and natural art, play, workshops and training.
Former nursery nurse Mrs Taylor said: “We focus on creative outdoor play. Things like a mud kitchen and playing with water.”
The sessions, for children aged 18 months or more, are held regularly.
