Baildon: construction of first-floor side extension, 11 Bescaby Grove. Barkerend: change of use from residential care home to part multiple occupancy and part office, 133 Barkerend Road. Barkerend: retrospective application for recladding wall and roof of existing commercial garage, 7 Upper Seymour Street.

Bolton: upgrade of existing telecommunications base station by the replacement of three antennas by six multi-band antennas and two transmission dish antennas and the replacement of radio equipment within the existing equipment cabin, QLM, Idle Road. Bowling: installation of secure fence, Unit 5, Mitre Court. Bradford Moor: single-storey rear extension, 997 Leeds Road. Bradford Moor: loft conversion and dormer to rear, 975 Leeds Road.

Burley-in-Wharfedale: addition of windows/folding doors to north elevation of existing rear extension, new internal openings to connect kitchen to dining area and utility space and addition of alcove in kitchen, The Old Farm, Otley Road. Cullingworth: door replacement, 7 Hallas Hall Farm Cottages, Hallas Lane. Eccleshill: single-storey extension to existing dwelling to provide facilities for a disabled person, 57 Hazelcroft. Eldwick: non-material amendment to planning approval 12/04963/FUL dated 07/02/13: change of use of existing barn into dwelling linked through existing cottage, including proposed greenhouse, garage, single storey rear extension, loggia and agricultural store, Ash House Farm, Sconce Lane.

Gilstead: advanced warning signs, The Glen Public House, Gilstead Lane. Girlington: construction of single-storey rear extension, 131 Durham Road. Girlington: construction of front dormer window, 20 Farfield Street. Girlington: change of use of first-floor extension from residential to seven bedsit rooms and retention of ground floor as storage, 297 Girlington Road. Girlington: single-storey extension, 357 Kensington Street. Girlington: single-storey rear extension to form disabled bedroom and bathroom, 28 St Leonard’s Grove.

Great Horton: front dormer window, 27 Horton Grange Road. Great Horton: resubmission of 13/01009/FUL: change of use from teaching and training centre to class B2 car repairs, 540 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: single storey side extension, 24 Club Street.
