Cornwall Anti Cuts Alliance will be holding a protest against the “bedroom tax” on The Moor in Falmouth on Saturday at noon.
The protest will include street theatre as well as speeches and leaflets will be handed out explaining the impact of the bedroom tax.
Spokesman Stuart Cullimore said: “The bedroom tax is an unjust tax hitting those on lowest incomes. Taxing people’s homes for having a spare room is fundamentally wrong. This crisis was caused by the bankers and the casino economy, not by ordinary working people.”
