Children can have a week of adventure at Doe Park reservoir, Denholme, during the Easter break.
A variety of land and water-based activities are on offer, including Dragon Boating, a new attraction for this year. This involves racing brightly painted fibreglass boats with up to 20 paddlers sitting side-by-side while a drummer keeps them rowing in time.
The 'multi-adventure' course also includes nature trails and adventure walks and runs from Monday, April 8, to Friday, April 12. To take part in the full week of activities will cost £115 or £30 for a day. Passport to Leisure holders will receive a 30 per cent discount.
Doe Park's weekly pay and play sessions start on Saturday, April 20, and run every Saturday from 10am to 1pm and on Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 9pm.
