Addingham dance sessions to raise funds for charity
9:00am Wednesday 20th March 2013 in News
A dance fitness instructor will be helping to raise money for breast cancer charities in Addingham on Saturday.
Emma Draper will be running a Zumba class at 9.30am and a Bokwa class at 10.15am which will be open to everyone, regardless of their ability.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party”.
Bokwa is a new fitness craze where participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energising and fun cardio workout routine.
The event will be taking place at Addingham Methodist Hall, Chapel Street. Contact Emma on 07791 149594 to confirm your place.
