Two charities for children were the winners on Sunday after a table top sale. Martin House Children’s Hospice and Millie’s Trust will share £402 raised at the Sedbergh Community Centre, Huddersfield Road, Odsal. Organiser Dawn Taylor, pictured, left, with Karen Barton of Millie’s Trust, said: ‘‘I’m so pleased with the amount we raised and would like to thank everyone who popped along to contribute to these worthy causes.’’ As well as stalls, money was also raised through a tombola and donations on the door.
