Airedale Hospital offers help on nutrition

Airedale General Hospital at Steeton, near Keighley, is raising awareness this week of the importance of nutrition and hydration.
A series of events is being held for staff and carers as part of national Nutrition and Hydration Week, organised by Patient Safety First.
The dietetics team is running an information stand in the hospital’s restaurant and is speaking to staff about topics including textures of food, nutritional supplements and special drinks and tube feeding.
Members also worked with catering and food suppliers Sodexo and Tillery Valley Foods to offer tasting sessions on Monday and yesterday.
