Bradford motorists fined in speed crackdown

Five motorists were caught speeding during an enforcement operation on a busy south Bradford road.
Officers targeted speeding vehicles on Mayo Avenue, where speeding has been highlighted by residents as a major concern.
During the operation on Saturday, five vehicles were caught exceeding the speed limit and the drivers issued with on- the-spot fines. A 35-year-old man stopped for speeding was also found to be wanted on a ‘fail to appear’ warrant and was subsequently arrested.
