Arrests made in Keighley after police drugs operations this month

Keighley’s Neighbourhood Policing Team have carried out two drugs operations this month, finding class A drugs.

On March 4 as part of a pre-planned operation, officers from the Bradford Quartz drugs team detained three people on North Street for a drugs search. One was seen to discard a number of Class A and B wraps. All three were arrested for possession with intent to supply.

Their homes were searched but nothing was found. All are on bail.

On March 14 officers executed warrants at properties on Halifax Road and on North Street.

Both properties were unoccupied but 15 wraps of class A, £2000 cash, paraphernalia and documentation, were found.

Three men were later arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and money laundering. All three were bailed while the investigation continues.
