The following have been dealt with by Bradford and Keighley magistrates: Kirsty Susan Barker, aged 24, of Fenwick Drive, Woodside; persistently loitering for the purpose of prostitution, £75 fine, £50 costs; commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence; original offence dealt with, £25 fine. Raziq Hussain, aged 34, of Westfield Road, Heaton; causing a vehicle to cause an unnecessary obstruction, £120 fine, £635 costs, licence endorsed. Tichaona Mangadzi, aged 36, of Ann Place, Little Horton; two counts of failure to notify change of circumstances, £70 fine, £100 costs.
Samantha Breeze, aged 29, of Bridgegate Fold, Eccleshill; wilful obstruction, using a certificate of insurance with intent to deceive, making a false statement,driving without a licence, driving without insurance, failure to comply with a no entry sign, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. Mohammed Fiaz, aged 31, of Woodview Terrace, Manningham; driving without due care and attention, £110 fine, £115 costs, banned from driving for six months. John Alexander Speight, aged 37, of Kismet Gardens, Bradford Moor; three counts of assault, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £200 compensation.
Mark Stephen Lamb, aged 28, of Dawnay Road, Little Horton; assault, 12 months’ community order, restraining order made, £150 compensation, £210 costs; application to revoke a community order without re-sentencing, order revoked. Wayne Raymond Mark Holmes, aged 25, of Lymington Drive, Holme Wood; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of theft dealt with, three months’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring.
Jonathan Paul Butters, aged 24, of Ringwood Road, Canterbury; failure to comply with a community requirements of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offence; original offence of assault dealt with, suspended sentence of imprisonment of 16 weeks suspended for 12 months implemented, jailed for 16 weeks. David Lee Saville, aged 36, of St Paul’s Road, Manningham; two counts of failure to comply with the requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offences; original offences of jointly with another committing fraud in dishonestly making a false representation and two counts of theft dealt with, jailed for four months.
Ben Wilson, aged 23, of Dean Road, Odsal; failure to comply with the requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of criminal damage dealt with, 12 months’ community order, 40 hours’ unpaid work. Aysha Khan, aged 20, of Carr Bottom Road, Bankfoot; failure to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offence; original offence of assault dealt with, suspended sentence of imprisonment of three months suspended for 12 months implemented, jailed for three months.
Matthew Tasker, aged 26, of Summer Hall Ing, Wyke; failure to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order, dealt with for the original offence; original offence of going equipped dealt with, suspended sentence of imprisonment of five months suspended for 12 months implemented, jailed for five months.
