Bolton: porch to front of property, 46 Ashbourne Way. Bowling: addition of a new terrapin unit and comprehensive re-arrangement of existing units, Wakefield Road depot, Foundry Lane.

Bradford Moor: construction of dormer windows to front and rear, 14 Chelmsford Terrace. Bradford Moor: construction of front dormers, 386 Harewood Street. Bradford Moor: construction of single-storey rear extension, 239 Amberley Street.

East Morton: two two-storey detached four bedroomed houses, each with a double garage with access from Badgerstone Close.
