Bolton: porch to front of property, 46 Ashbourne Way. Bowling: addition of a new terrapin unit and comprehensive re-arrangement of existing units, Wakefield Road depot, Foundry Lane.

Bradford Moor: construction of dormer windows to front and rear, 14 Chelmsford Terrace. Bradford Moor: construction of front dormers, 386 Harewood Street. Bradford Moor: construction of single-storey rear extension, 239 Amberley Street.

City centre: change of use from office to dental surgery, third floor, West Riding House, 31 Cheapside. City centre: conversion of existing warehouse to form 19 bedroom house in multiple occupation, replacement roof with new rooflights and alterations to doors and windows, 10 Quebec Street. City centre: illuminated sign, 29 Cheapside.

East Morton: two two-storey detached four bedroomed houses, each with a double garage with access from Badgerstone Close.
